Yeh option advance excel ki cell me jo numbers hote hai unko sum karne ke use me aata hai, for example aap excel ki do teen cells me number key kijiye fir unn numbers ke niche blank cell me iss option par click karne se apne aap unka jodd (sum) aa jayega.

Fill

Down:- Cell me jo text hai usko neeche wali cell me paste karne ke liye. Shortcut Ctrl+D 

Right:- Cell me jo text hai usko right side paste karne ke liye use hota hai, shortcut Ctrl+R.

Up:- Cell me jo text hai usko upar side paste karne ke liye.

Left:- Cell me jo text hai usko left side paste karne ke liye use hota hai, shortcut cntrl+r.

Series

Series me 6 option hote hai, (1) Series In (2) Type (3) Trend (5) Step Value (6) Stop Value. Iss option me hum row aur column ke hisab se value ko stepwise set karke dal sakte hai.

Maan lo ki hame 1 se 10 tak count likhna hai hai vo bhi 2 ke antraal me to agar aap cell me ank likhte hai “1” aur (5) Step value main “2” aur (6) Stop Value me “10” to value kuch iss tarah hogi 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. Agar Aap (1) Series in, me row select karte hai to numbers row ke according honge.

Agar Column ko select karte hai to columnwise honge vertical. (2) Type, aap apne according set kar sakte hai. Linear, Growth, Date & Auto Fill. Agar aap date select karte hai to date unit highlight ho jayegi.

Iske according aap day, month, year aadi select kar sakte hai. (3) Trend, ka use “step & stop value” me jo numbers hai usko lock karne ke liye kiya jata hai.

Custom short ki help se hum short aur accending, discending order ko customized kar sakte hai. Iske sath hi poori table me beech ya phir kisi bhi column me short ka use kar sakte hai.

Filter

Filter ki help se hum text list me filter laga kar data ko short kar sakte hai. Filter ki madad se hum jo content ko select karenge shirf vahi content show hota hai baki sab hide ho jata hai, filter par dubara click karne par filter hat jata hai.
