Excel program me hum data ko apne according arrange kar sakte hai. Aur alag alag tarike se different perspective taiyar kar sakte hai. Excel spreadsheet me hum visual basic ka use kar sakte hai aur complicated numeric methods ko create kar sakte hai.

Microsoft Excel Start Kya Hai Puri Jankari
Start->all programs->microsoftoffice->microsoft excel office 2007 par jaise hi hum click karte hai. To excel ki new window open ho jaati hai.
Excel Workbook
Workbook ms excel me ek document hai, isme totally 255 worksheets hoti hai. Aur excel open karne par jo hume show hoti hai vo bi-default 3 sheet hi hoti hai.
Excel Spreadsheet
Advance excel me jo page hote hai unko excel spreadsheet kaha jata hai. Inka dusra naam worksheet bhi hota hai. Microsoft excel 2007 me total 16,384 column hote hai aur total rows 10,48,576 hoti hai. Row aur column ka jaha par ek dusre se joint hota aur jaha cursor hai uss area ko cell kaha jata hai.
For example A column aur 1 number cell milakar A1 ki ek cell ban jati hai. Cell me data text ki jaankari ko hum store karte hai aur ye excel worksheet ki bahut hi important aur sabse micro unit hoti hai. Hume jo address rows & column ke sequance se milta hai vo uss cell ka reference number hota hai. Jaise ki A1, A2, B1, B2 ityadi, harek cell ka apna ek uniq address hota hai.
Cell Reference
Cell reference jyaadatar 4 type ke hote hai, harek cell ka ek apna address hota hai jo ki uniq hota hai. Jiski help se cell ki value ko hum access kar sakte hai. Chaliye dekhte hai ki yeh 4 types kaun kaunse hote hai.
Relative Reference: Cell refrence row aur column ko agar sequence me likha jaye to iska result samne aata hai. Jaise ki iski ek cell ke reference me dusri cell ka reffrence pehli wali cell ke according change hota hai. Agar hum iska use karte hai to counting easy ho jaati hai. Aur ye manual tarike se fast bhi ho jati hai. Cell reffrence likhne ke tarike a1, b1, c1, d1, e1 hai.
Absolute Reference: ke karan ek cell ka reference kisi dusre cell ke reference ke sath change nahi hota hai. Kyuki isme reference ko dollar sign $ ke sath me liya jata hai for example $A$1, $B$1, $C$1, $D$1 etc.
Relative And Absolute Reference: me column dusri cell ke refence me change ho jata hai but row change nahi hoti. Kyuki isme column relative aur row absolute ho jati hai for example A$1, B$2, C$3, D$4 etc.
Absolute & Relative Reference: me row change hoti rehti hai lekin column apni jagah fix rehta hai. Aur isme column ko absolute aur row relative key hota hai for example $A1, $B1, $C1, $D1 etc.
