Hello friends, aaj ki post me hum keyboard function keys (F1 – F12) ke bare me janenge. Computer or laptop me keyboard ek important part hai. Jiska use computer or laptop me characters, command or input text ke liye kiya jata hai. Normal keyboard me approx 101 keys hoti hai. Jinme alphabetic characters, numbers, symbols aur sabse upar ki line me function key hoti hai.
Computer or laptop ki applicatoins ke according ye keyboard function keys alag-alag kam karti hai. Aur computer operating system me F1 se F12 tak har ek key me different command set hoti hai. Bahut se log aise hai jo keyboard ka use karte hai par unhe inn function keys ki jyada jaankari nahi hoti hai. Agar aapko bhi inn keyboard function keys ke bare me jyada jaankari nahi hai. Keyboard Function Keys (F1 to F12) Ki Puri Jaankari In Hindi
Computer or laptop me keyboard function keys bahut hi important hoti hai. Inki help se aap apne kaam ko aur bhi jyada aasaan bana sakte ho. To chaliye ab one by one karke jaan lete hai ki inn function keys ka kya use hai aur inko kaise istemaal karte hai.
Function Key: F1
F1 key ki help se aap apne computer par help center open kar sakte ho. Forexample agar aap kisi computer application, software or internet browser ke bare me help chahte hai to f1 key press karke uski jaankari le sakte hai.
Function Key F2
Basically F2 ka use kisi bhi file or folder ko rename karne ke liye hota hai. Vaise aap right click kar rename option select karke bhi file or folder ko rename kar sakte ho. Lekin F2 function key ki help se aap isse jaldi se kar sakte ho. Iske liye kisi bhi file or folder par click kare aur F2 press karke name ko change kare.
Function Key F3
Computer or laptop me kisi bhi application ko search karne ke liye aap F3 function key ka use kar sakte ho. Computer desktop par F3 press karte hai to hi search window open ho jayegi. Iske baad search box me kisi bhi application ko search kar sakte ho. Aur agar aap internet browser me kisi content ko search karna chahte hai to F3 ki help se easily kar sakte ho. Jisse ki aapke kaafi time ki saving hogi.
Function Key F4
Agar aap single F4 key press karte hai to isse kuch nahi hoga. But agar aap Alt key ke sath F4 key press karte hai to isse kisi bhi application or apne computer ko close kar sakte hai. Forexample aapke computer par koi application open hai to Alt+F4 key se usse close kar sakte ho. Aur desktop screen par Alt+F4 key press karke computer ko shutdown aur restart kar sakte hai.
Function Key F5
Computer desktop screen, application or browser ko refresh karne ke liye F5 key ka use hota hai. Agar aap internet browser me F5 key press karte hai to vo internet page reload ho jayega. Aur agar desktop screen aur folder ko F5 key se refresh kar sakte ho.
Function Key F6
Agar aap internet browser me F6 key press karte hai to aap sidhe url box me pahuch jayenge. Iske alawa laptop me F6 ki se aap volume ko decrease kar sakte hai.
Function Key F7
F7 ka use kisi bhi ms excel, ms word file or powerpoint me spelling check karne ke liye hota hai. Forexample ms word me aapne kuch keymatter type kiya hai. Yahapar aap F7 ki help se pure paragraph ki spelling check kare correction kar sakte ho.
Function Key F8
Computer or laptop start hote time F8 key press karke aap apne computer ke safe mode pahuch sakte hai. Iske alawa ms word me key matter ko selet karne ke liye F8 key ka use kar sakte hai.
Function Key F9
Microsoft word file ko refresh karne ke liye or ms outlook me email send or receive karne ke liye F9 ka use kar sakte ho. Iske alawa laptop screen ki brighness ko reduce bhi kar sakte hai lekin ye feature kuch laptop me hi available hai.
Function Key F10
Microsoft excel aur word me F10 key press karne se top me diye tabs ko highlight kar sakte hai. Iske sath hi Alt or Ctrl key ke sath F10 press karne se ms word or excel file ko chhota bada yani ki window restore kar sakte hai.
Function Key F11
Sabhi new internet browser ko F11 ki help se full screen mode me kar sakte ho. Aur wapas F11 key se normal mode me kar sakte ho.
Function Key F12
F12 key press karne current word file ko save karne ke liye option open ho jayega. Aur control key ke sath F12 press karne se new word file open kar sakte ho. Iske sath ctrl+shift+F12 key ek sath press se ms word or excel file ka printout nikal sakte hai.
