Dosto Aaj ki post mein mai aapko FORMULAS tab ke sub tab TEXT ke barey mein jaankari doonga. TEXT ke ander kon kon si commands hai aur kis tarah aur kis liye unka use hota hai, iss post mein mai aapko yeh help step by step samjhane ki koshish karunga. Toh chaliye jaantey hai text ke ander ki commands ke baarey mein. TEXT mein 25 tarah ki commands hai jaisa ki aap neeche image mein dekh saktey hai.




Chaliye dosto ab jante hai text ke commands ke barey aur unke use ke barey mein.

FIND

Find ka use charactor ki position kon se number pe hai yeh show karne ke liye hota hai. Jaise word KANISHKA mein N kon se sthan pe hai iske liye find command ka use hota hai.
Formula:- =FIND(“KEY CHARACTOR”,CELL ADD)

Sabse pehle excel ki kisi ek cell mein koi keyword likhiye, jaisa ki neeche image mein dekh sakte hai ki KANISHKA word cell address A2 mein key hai aur hum jaanna chahte hai ki “H” shabd kon se number pe hai..

Ab cell B2 mein aapko formula lagana hai “=FIND(“H”,A2” Image dekhein.

Ab yeh aapko kuch iss tarah dikhega.


Iska matlab yeh hua ki KANISHKA ke ander “H” character 6th number pe hai.


SEARCH

Formula Search ka use bhi find ki hi tarah character ko search karne ke liye hota hai ki veh kon se sthan par hai, for example KANISHKA word mein H 6th sthan mein hai, to iske liye formula kuch iss tarah lagega.

LEN

Len formula word ya sentance mein jitne bhi character hai unka count batata hai, accept space.

Pehle cell mein word likhey for example “KANISHKA” aur dusre cell mein formula lagaye “=LEN(A2)

Ab formula “=len(a2)” ka result kuch iss tarah se hoga, image dekhein.



Iska matlab yeh hua ki KANISHKA word mein total 8 character hai.

CODE

Advance excel mein har alfa (A-Z) aur numeric (0-9) ka ek code hota hai, vo bhi upper alfa ka alag aur lower alfa ka alag, code ka formula lagane se apko unn characters ka code dikhta hai.

Apko pehle cell mein character likhna aur dusre cell mein code lagana hai, “=code(cell add) then enter.



Step 2

Ab iss formula ke through alfa ya phir numeric ka ek code show hoga, image dekhein.


Issi tarah se aapko koi bhi character aur koi bhi numeric par yeh formula lagane se aapko uska code ka pata chal jayega.


DOLLAR

Iss formula lagane se numbers mein dollar ka sign jud ke aa jaata hai.

Pehli cell mein number likhein aur dusri cell mein dollar ka formula lagaye.

Ab 100 number aapko dollar ke saath kuch iss tarah se dikhega.


CHAR

Formula CHAR formula CODE ka ulta hai, jiss tarah se code formula ki help se character ke code show hotey hai ussi prakar char formula ki help se code ke characters ko show kiya ja sakta hai.

Jinh characters ko aap code mein convert kar chucke hai unhe pehli cell mein key karey aur phir dusri cell mein CHAR formula lagaye.

Code phir se characters mein show ho jayega.


RIGHT

Right formula basically word ke right side mein jo text hai usko show karne karne ke liye use hota hai, jaise ki KANISHKA ek word hai aur hamein iske right side ka ek character lana hai jo ki A hai, to iske liye hum yeh formula lagatey hai, aap chahey to ek se jyada characters ke liye bhi yeh formula apply kar saktey hai.

Iska result kuch niche di hui image ki tarah hoga.iska matlab hai ki KANISHKA word mein right side ka pehla character A hai.


App chahein to right side ke ek se jyada character bhi show kar saktey hai, bus formula (=RIGHT(A1,1) mein comma ke baad 2,3 ya 4  laganey par last ke utne hi characters ko show karega.


LEFT

Left formula basically word ke left side mein jo text hai usko show karne karne ke liye use hota hai, jaise ki KANISHKA ek word hai aur hamein iske left side ka ek character lana hai jo ki K hai, to iske liye hum yeh formula lagatey hai, aap chahey to ek se jyada characters ke liye bhi yeh formula apply kar saktey hai.

REPLACE

Replace ka formula word ya word ke beech mein ek ya ek se jyada characters ko change karne ke liye use hota hai. iska formula is prakar hai. =REPLACE(WORD CELL ADD,START CHAR,HOW CHAR,”REP CHAR“)

Maan lijiye humein word RAMESH ko hum kai tarah se replace kar saktey hai. for example replace ke tarike kuch nichey diye huye hai.

RAMESH         MAHESH              Startin ke 3 characters
RAMESH         MAKESH              Beech mein 1 character
RAMESH         RAMDIN              Last ke 3 characters

Result aapke samney hai, aap khud karke dekhenge to jyada samajh mei aayega.



LOWER

Lower formula se word ko lower case mein kiya ja sakta hai. ya phir poorey sentance ko bhi aap lower case mein kar saktey hai, jaisa ki image mein dikhaya gaya hai.

Proper formula se hum kisi bhi word ya sentence ko upper lower mein conver kar saktey hai, chahey sara caps mein ho ya sara lower mein ho, image dekhein.

Trim formula se word ke aagey aur peechey ke space ko hata saktey hai, image dekhein.

Upper formula se hum kisi bhi word ya sentence ko upper case mein conver kar saktey hai, chahey sara lower mein ho, image dekhein.

CONCATENATE

Concatenate ke formula se kisi do alag alag cell mein jo words hai unko ek cell mein merge kar saktey hai, image dekhein.

Rept formula se hum ek word (content) ko kisi dosri cell mein kai baar repeat kar sakte hai, for example:-

Exact ka formula do cell mein same content hai ya nahi yeh show karne ke liye hota hai, agar dono cells ke content same to same match ho gaye to yeh TRUE show karta hai agar nahi to FALSE, yeh diffrence upper, lower aur proper kisi bhi tarah se ho sakta hai, image dekhein.

SUBSTITUTE

Substitute formula use kisi sentence ke beech mein koi word ko change karne ke liye hota hai, for example:-

RAM SCHOOL JATA HAI.
RAM COLLEGE JATA HAI.

Mid formula ka use word ke beech me se characters ko show karne ke liye hota hai, iska formula hai:-

=MID(“RAJARAM”,5,86) according to formula 5th number se apply hoga yani RAM
=MID(“NAME”, jitne character se lena hai, kisi ek character ka code)

Bahttext formula ka use numerics (0-9) ko text mein convert karne ke liye hota hai, aur thai language mein convert karta hai, image dekhein.

T formula ka use numeric ko ignore karke only text ko show karta hai, for example cell A1 mein text likhiye aur Cell A2 mein numeric unke samne Cell B1 aur B2 mein formula lagane se only text wala cell show karta hai. Image dekhein.

Clean formula ka use text ke beech mein jo special (SCIII) character jo keyboard mein nahi hote, unko remove karta hai, view image.

Text formula ka use numeric ke different formats ko set karne ke liye use hota hai, image dekhein.

Value formula ka use only numeric (0-9) ko show karta hai, agar koi text (a-z) hoga to uska result #VALUE! show karta hai, View images.

Fixd formula ka use text numeric ko ek lagbhag value mein convert karta hai, aur decimal ko round figur mein show karta hai. View image.
